Pluspunten
Everyone in the process treats you like a human being, not an answering machine. I could strike up great conversations with everyone I met throughout the interview process, and everyone was incredibly kind and engaged. This not only took the edge off but also helped me be more genuine and vulnerable about my experiences, talents, and weaknesses.
The people at the company understand that there might be some confusion about the work they do, and they are very willing to introduce you to the work from the ground up (which is something that other companies absolutely do not do, and instead would punish you for in the interview process).
Lastly, people at B4z like what they do, and it shines through at every step of the process. The way they talk about their daily life and their career just gives it away that they are here because they want to be, not because they have to.
Minpunten
Everyone is very busy, and trying to schedule a meeting with more than two team members at a time becomes challenging very quickly. However, the people you do get to meet are truly there for YOU, and their attention is fully focused on understanding your world, not just getting answers to a couple of bulleted questions.
