Pluspunten
I enjoy working at eCapital because there is so much to learn. My manager highly encourages cross-training with other departments. There are weekly free lunches where the entire company comes together. My favorites are holiday celebrations and company contests. I consider any company I work for long term as family, and eCapital has done a great job of making me feel welcomed and valued. Working in Operations you gain a better understanding about Factoring. I know the skills and experiences learned here will help me later advance within the company.
Minpunten
The only down side of working here is the fast pace environment. Some days we are working from the moment you come into the office, and leave for the day. I want to observe and cross-train in other departments but can only find time to do this 2-3 times per month or around holidays.
