Pluspunten
I left my Senior Product manager role this year voluntarily. But even now, in my new role, I speak highly and fondly about eConsult and what they offer and do. I am proud of what I achieved at eConsult, there are experiences I have had in my 3 years that I would not have had in 10+ years in other health-tech companies. I have been fortunate enough to have been involved in exciting products in primary, urgent and secondary care that are truly innovative and can greatly impact the NHS. If you show the right energy and determination the company will believe in you. They promoted me and I have seen them do so in others. Importantly, there are a lot of caring decent people there. People that I will forever admire and respect.
Minpunten
There have been fiscal challenges. The main cause has been a lack of focus and/or personal pet projects which gobble up resources. I understand that this has improved of late. You can hit a glass ceiling despite the opportunities. "We do this not because it is easy but because we thought it would be easy" Introducing change in the NHS is hard though appears easy.
