Minpunten
Risky start-up with high turnover. This company has experienced many highs and lows. As the company had dreams of expanding this, unfortunately, led to low morale in management. They only looked out for themselves while only acknowledging team members who complimented their roles. All the while, they were hiring an immense amount of positions to assist on and off for managers. A structure bound to fail. There wasn't much routine, all work was on a managers need basis so expect constant change and adaptation to your work. It's hard to find confidence in a job with that kind of structure. They pushed a lot for independent training which only added more fire to the politics of how the company was managed. Where long-term employees were essentially knowledge gatekeepers, and everyone else had to rely on these individuals for training, and the rest was up to you to figure out. This to me was the largest divide. They didn't like to hear the need for improvements as this only led to lay-offs and feeling unappreciated for your work. The worst observation was that I saw Specright's business model was just riding the coattails of Salesforce. In my opinion, I find them a very risky business to work for.
