Interview process is quite lengthy. First you have to clear some Analytical skill test(online) once clear the first round then you will be called for next technical round associated with your profile(there could be 2/3 technical rounds depends on the requirement). After clearing the Technical round you may have one round directly with US managers of the same team(this could be telephonic or tele-presence round). Once all the rounds are clear then there will be tough part of Interview :) HR round for all the negotiations. After the candidate is finalize, then candidate may have to go through one more telephonic round for communication skill taken by the Pro from the Organization. on the result of Communication round offer made to the candidate.
