un total de 3 entrevistas tanto en ingles como en español con una empresa tercerizada. muy amenas y tranquilas, me senti comode. el nivel de ingles que buscan es muy alto.

Preguntas fáciles de responder sobre cualidades de uno y qué puede aportar uno a la empresa, asi como tambien experiencia laboral y como ha sido mi contacto con clientes, qué les puedo proveer, como actuaria si necesitaria ayuda, etc

Met with seven different people. They really do their homework on the interviewees and ask questions relevant to the position. Questions focused on position fit as well as cultural fit. Interview process once started lasted 3 week if they are interested

4/5 interviews and 2 PowerPoint presentations via zoom, and not even the decency to call you and tell you that you didn’t get the job. So glad I dodged this bullet, would hate to work for the north east team at the company with leadership like that.

1st round with HR phone screening, 2nd round is with hiring manager about 45 minutes, 3rd round is with team members about 30 minutes, final round is with director about 45 minutes.

Good process to go through. They were attentive to detail . Spoke clear let interviewer know about how the job worked They weren’t pushy they actually cared about people for the process of the interview until all came crashing down with the lay offs though which wasn’t communicated well

Un proceso ameno a través del outsourcing de HR con Randstad, que exigió un debate sobre risk management y preguntas en inglés. Fueron cálidos y demostraron claro interés en mis aptitudes, aunque el HR de Assurant nunca se acerco personalmente a darme la devolución. Hubiera sido bien recibido algún tipo de feedback sobre su decisión.

Brief. —They Never called back nor thanked me for my time. Interview questions were your general customer service questions nothing to be afraid of. My suggestion is to not challenge the pay.

Phone interview was easy after that i got a call the same day with a job offer . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Was scheduled quickly and the hiring team got back/followed up frequently; the position was remote so we met virtually. Overall went smoothly and got an offer that was consistent with everything they said.
