Asked to do a test, two interviews and after all that, it seemed like they needed someone with a completely different background. Waste of everyone's time. HR person never gave feedback, ghosted me when I followed up. Disrespectful and unacceptable by todays' standards.

I was interviewed by three people seperately who they were asking almost the same questions. Mediocre experience and not that warm welcome from the finance team. After the interviews I also had to do a test which was very specific and a bit difficult for someone who does not work at the company and has entry level experience.

Applied via LinkedIn. I got a quick reply via email. Later on I received an invitation to do a test and to complete a very long questionnaire, which in my opinion is not relevant for the position which is beginner entry level.

There were 3 stages to the hiring process: 1. Recruiter interview call 2. Engineer interview call 3. On-site interview with the team I found the recruiter extremely overbearing (way too many calls unnecessarily, constant contact on WhatsApp) and did not continue the interview process as a result, which is a shame as the product looks very interesting. It made me question the culture of the company. The engineering interview call asked a series of questions about my past experience and domain-specific knowledge regarding the position. I would suggest to tell internal company recruiters to dial it down a notch with contact, and email ahead to ask if candidates are free to take a call, or just email when a call is not necessary.

3 steps (1 phone interview / 1 online logical test / 1 interview on site of 3 hours) 1st phone interview was about 45 minutes of a list of negative questions (see below) Then there was a classic online test of logic; Finally, there was the on-site 3 hours interview/test: _ first exercice was focusing on what would be the implementation offline strategy for the brand in DE/FR/NL /BE , what would be the ressources needed, actions taken, timeline... (note the relevancy of the subject for a customer success position...) _ a second question was about, how you would communicate by email to the already existing clients, the fact that the company decided to give for free, plastic mudguards and another one about a change in the terms and conditions to the detriment of the client) _ then the VP of operations took over for 30 minutes with literally another list of negative and generics questions which were already asked during the first phone interview (see below); he didn't took much attention to the answers and seemed to be more interested by his mobile phone all along the interview (plus, if he had communicated with the person who did the 1st phone interview, he would already had the answers to most of these questions) _ finally there was two other bunch of questions about after-sale service ( If a client contact you about a noise on the bike, what would be your diagnostic and answer? / A client contact you because he cannot connect the bike with his mobile, so what would be your diagnostic and answer). Note that the 3 hours interview was held in a tiny room with an extremely uncomfortable stool and a 50 cm high coffe table (quite a poor condition to prepare a 2 hours exercice on a piece of paper...). Two weeks later, I was called by the recruiter to be literally read the generic refusal email over the phone ("We wanted to thank you for your time but we found a candidate who is more suitable for the position and we would like to save your profile for any future opening positions" - note that the job offer is still online 1 month after this experience). Plus when I requested a feedback, I was provided another generic answer about a more suitable candidate but didn't developed further. My advice to the management/recruiter: when requesting a candidate to come over for a 3 hours interview, you should have the courtesy to at least provide a suitable environment to prepare the exercices and at least pretend to pay attention to the answers. An honest and transparent feedback would also be appropriate and appreciated.
