Process was really good. Interviewer was more into the personality stuffs and asked questions more related to the resume. Not much concerned with the technical skills and current technologies. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process as the interviewer made me feel comfortable with the way he asked questions and interactions.

Two straight forward phone interviews and three 1:1 interviews. At personal interviews all the questions were situational questions. Interviewers were friendly and open-minded . But it took them alot of time to get back to me with the interview results and sometime for the offer. Probably a month till I started to prepare my documents to start working with the company.

I applied online and had a telephone interview three weeks later. I was then invited to an 'experience Cerner day' a week later where we were taken around the department and listened to a presentation about the company. I then had two 30 minute back to back interviews where they asked all the typical 'describe a time when...' questions mentioned previously. It wasn't overly difficult and the team were super friendly and accommodating.

I applied online and almost a month later had my phone screening.... questions included typical HR questions and went over my cv and asked if i was ok with travelling ... was told by the end of the conversation that i would be invited for a face to face interview. a week later had 3 one on one interviews with different managers who had openings in their teams. The environment was very comfortable and the conversations were very casual. After the interviews i was told all the managers would have a meeting the next day and decide if a offer was to be made. HR made an offer after 10 days... i had given up hope by then but was very pleasantly surprised since i hadnt heard anything from them after my interviews. the offer was in excess of my demand and quite generous. The HR recruiter was particularly nice throughout the whole process and it was lovely talking to her.

Multiple interviews with team leads. Generally just behavioral questions. The interviewers were very nice but didn't have many follow up questions. I used the STAR method for answering questions. There are youtube videos available that are specifically geared towards Cerner interviews - they're pretty helpful. Also a quick google comes up with alot of the sample questions they'll use. The interviewers generally have a large list that they can choose from. Sometimes you'll get the same question in the separate interviews.

Phone interview followed by a full day of interviews at the Cerner campus in Kansas City. At the campus there were three interviews. There was also a dinner the night before the interviews.

It was really good. The process was completed within 3 weeks and the paperwork which they provided me was excellent and I could research the people via LinkedIn. The people were friendly and supportive. Unfortunately I didn't get the role as I was studying at the time but however I am now again apply for roles as I want to work for them.

Applied online and got a phone interview, within 3 business days I had heard back from the company and offered an in-person interview at "Experience Cerner Day" By far the best interview process I have ever been involved in.

The in person interview was a fairly standard behavioral interview. I was interviewed by two different individuals, both of whom were very personable and seemed invested in the process. It was a relaxed setting after an evening of being wined and dined--which was pretty exciting for a college senior! The interview process was informative and enjoyable.

STAR Approach. They had two 30 minute interviews after a phone screening. Very friends recruiter and interviewers. Spent a morning at the world head quarters where they provided recrutis with a lot of information before the in-person 1:1 interviews.
