Após ser aprovado em várias etapas e testes, simplesmente fui abandonado e as tentativas de contatos não foram respondidas. ABANDONADO. Uma pena pois criei uma expectativa tremenda e fiquei com a decepção.

The hiring manager is professional. She is very kind and polite. She knows what is she doing and answer my questions very well. Second interview was a bit tough so be prepared.

O processo foi intermediado por uma consultoria externa que, apesar de manter uma comunicação constante comigo ao longo do processo, também cometeu algumas falhas básicas como me passar salários negociados anteriormente por alguns pares admitidos. As interfaces com a empresa foram bastante básicas, baixo grau de dificuldade durante as entrevistas, que está diretamente atrelado ao nível regular dos profissionais que atuam na empresa. O principal ponto foi a necessidade de 6 entrevistas diferentes ao longo do processo, desgastante para qualquer candidato, porém que deixa claro a forma de microgerenciamento imputado pela liderança.

Premier entretien avec un cabinet de recrutement pour savoir si le profil correspond aux demandes de l'annonceur. Puis premier entretien téléphonique avec la responsable de service, puis second entretien en personne avec les responsables technique et la RH.

Several interviews. Quite long winded, but it was thorough. It wasn't too difficult or technical, it was mainly soft skill questions across the two interviews, with a few "what would you do in this situation" type questions.

El proceso duro aproximadamente un mes, en el cual realicé entrevistas con parte del equipo de trabajo , psicotécnico y examen de salud. Las entrevistas muy positivas y cómodas de realizar.

I was supposed to have two interviews, standard questions you'd expect for an interview and not too difficult, but was called for a third as they couldnt decide between me and another candidate.
