You get some code assignments that take 1 hour -ish to finish (you get 30 min per case). Some IQ tests. These tests are taken from home, so they are not as stressful as a classic technical interview. Then you get an interview that is not so technical.

Interview was very direct and quick. Asked if I played video games, what skills a quality tester should contain, how well you work with teams small or large, etc. Very few out-of-the-box questions.

It took months to hear back after my initial application and apparently they only do interviews on a couple of days each month, so be sure to follow up or you'll have to wait another month. It was a very lackadaisical process and communication was not good. The recruiter would give different answers to questions than employees I spoke to.
