I walked in the office and was hired solely on my grade in my tax test. It took 5 minutes. When Mr Paglia was interviewing it took over and hour. He made sure candidates were able to speak to clients and had the skill set to do the job. It requires more than a good grade on a test where they give you the answers. Anyone who takes the tax class now is hired without questions

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.
