The interview was very casual and seemed more of a job offer than an interview. The recruiter and I reviewed my resume and work experience, asked about what skills I could offer to the role, and what my goals working there are.

In-Person/Virtual Interview: Meet with hiring managers to discuss experience, problem-solving abilities, and client interaction skills. Decision & Offer: Receive feedback and, if successful, a job offer.
