Phone screening followed by take-home coding challenge, followed by a behavioral Zoom interview.
After each step of the interview process, my contact at the company had to be reminded to follow up with the next step of the interview process (first by me, then by my friend who referred me). Once is understandable, but after spending a few hours on the coding challenge and having it "fall through the cracks," I felt offended and discouraged. I know it's an "employer's market" right now, but if you can't even show basic respect for applicants' time, you need to rethink your hiring process.
