The process had several rounds of interviews, initial call, an online test and final stage is interview with development team covering cultural fit and technical background. Overall a good experience with friendly people.

Multiple interviews consisting some questions regarding to coding and software architecture. What I liked, is that they actually tested things that does matter like the way the candidate thinks, the character of the candidate etc...

Very positive and the interviewers really made an effort to make the process as comfortable as possible. They were very well prepared and also explained the role and company very nicely to me.

The interview process begins with the recruiter reaching out to you, followed by a technical test and 2 rounds of interviews. The technical test is fair (mostly C# based, and a few common sense questions), followed by a technical interview which touches on SOLID software design principles and some C# / React fundamentals.

- The online test was great and challenging - The online interview with senior engineers was great. They are knowledgeable and friendly. - The online interview with managers was also great, very friendly, and informative.

I'm currently in the later stages of the interview process for the Customer Support Engineer position. Mike is a great recruiting representative and he has efficiently and promptly communicated with me each step of the way. From our initial phone screen, to the first in-person (video) interview with the hiring manager, to the second interview with two senior support team members, Mike was my main contact for each step of the process and I never felt lost or confused. Their scheduling website made the process easy, and with each invite I received details of who I was to meet, what to expect during the meeting, and next steps. Comparing this to other companies I'm currently interviewing with -- who don't respond for weeks, or who are rigid and cold -- this has been a breath of fresh air. The interview process at Nintex has been less than two weeks so far, and no matter the outcome for me, I've genuinely appreciated the experience and chance.

The process was straightforward and moved at a reasonable pace. The 4 stages were recruiter screening, hiring manager interview with the manager, team fit interview with a teammate, and then a panel presentation interview with a couple more leaders from the department. The interviewers were all friendly and professional, and they asked objective questions that made me feel like they really wanted to understand how I work and that I was being assessed fairly. Through the interviews, I was given the opportunity to paint a comprehensive picture of my qualifications while also getting a good idea of what the role entailed.

The interview session was comprised of 4 stages inclusive of the initial chat with the recruiter to better understand your motivation and career fit. It was truly a positive experience, the interviewers are friendly and objective on the goal or outcome, you don’t feel judged but more on being on a common level of understanding about the role and what you can offer and collaborate on. I would definitely suggest people to try and experience the interview and you would know how proffesional the team are in conducting them.

After applying for the HR Generalist role, I underwent a phone screening with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Subsequently, I had my initial round interview with the HR Director. For the second round, I met with the HR Manager in APAC, and in the final round, I interviewed with the Senior Learning and Development Lead and the Director of Talent Development and Growth, both of whom are based in the US.
