Hey had a lot of personality and customer services related questions. They are seeking customer service employees who are creative. They also are looking for honesty and integrity, but watch out! They are really quick to fire, even if you are working with management on personal issues. They honestly don't care about what you are going through. I would advise you work somewhere else.
