The interviewing process occurs in 3 separate events: 1) preliminary interview and "skills test," which is really just like a 2 page basic (very basic) reading and math quiz. 2) if you pass the first round then you are called back for dinner and the 2nd round of interviews 3) after dinner, the next day you spend all day meeting managers and interviewing.
