Initial HR screening, casual chat about role and more formal interview. I dropped out of the process after the casual chat as the role wasn't what I was looking for. People were friendly to interact with and very good pay for the responsibilities.

First round will be Get To Know You round , then technical 1 , technical 2 where your technical skills will be assed and finally HR round .
In case , if you have any relative in the company then there will be a different process ( employee needs to submit conflict of interest form)
About an hour long. Questions on your past work profile, what you bring to the table and your technical skills. How you will deal with difficult and underperforming colleagues. Some coding questions on python and some question on PowerBI

De virtualjob-tryout voelde nutteloos.
