Appplied online and answered behavioural questions. Within a month got a response of application being successful. A phone interview was then schedule and conducted and after some weeks I got a mail inviting me for a 2day assessment. Went through individual and group exercises and made a technical presentation. By friday of the same week got a call from HR saying a am successful. HR team members were really nice and wanted the candidates - gave a lot of support.
