Contacted by three recruiters in a 2-3 week span about the same position. Went through two phone screens to determine it’s not a fit. Was junior to my skill set and pay range was significantly lower than my current rate, so responded with the standard thanks but no thanks. Internal recruiter continued to contact me via LinkedIn and email. I indicated I’d previously been contacted and while I appreciate them reaching out, I’m not interested at this time. She continued to contact via LinkedIn, which at this point I ignored. To which she responded “I can see you’ve read my messages,” as if she’s owed yet another response. Well, she got one. Not in,y was this remark rude, it’s just downright creepy! And considering she stated she was an internal Sibelco employee, it’s a bit scary to think this is how they try to “sell” talent on joining their company.

Good oppoutunity. the hiring manager is very profesoional and friendly.good experience but don't have luck to work here.i will try again to apply if got any position available and hopefully will get a change to work here.

Online test, phone call, in person assessment, final stage interview Process wasn’t too long, but involved multiple steps, asked about experiences and competencies, assessment centre was unusual but the idea was to show leadership skills

5 steps - 5 weeks 2 with external hiring agent (one face to face, one by phone) 2 with operation manager (one on office, one one production site) 1 with HR (paris)

I had two interviews, first with HR, it was quite nice, second with two engineers. The interview was online and about one and a half-hour. I have answered all the questions, however, one of the interviewers was sometimes disagreeing with me, without any reason for this. And very frequently being very rude. As I mentioned above, I answered all the questions and got a reply afterward by email that I was a good candidate but I was not chosen because I did not have enough experience.

Not very transparent: after 1 phone interview, 2 job interviews, a test, and asking me the references openly saying that they would have contacted my references...they stopped answering. I had to send various reminders to finally get a negative response: treat candidates with more respect! You work with people, not objects

Applied online, phone screening with recruiter then ghosted for two months, recruiter reached out again asking if I was still Interested, flown by company to Charlotte for a two hour interview (one in person and another man on skype), spent the night in Charlotte, still 2 more interviews remaining in the process
