I would turn the customer and acknowledge them and let them know I will be right with them. I would also have an associate help me with the first customer if it was less pressing matter. I would then ask the angry customer to walk with me to an area with where we could discuss quietly the problem and address it there if possible. I have been on the other end walking in the store very upset and at the end the manager addressed me and helped resolve the problem!! Customer service is key for a returning happy customer and its reputation!! Minder
