With HR consultant, it was mostly based on motivation and personality : For 5 adjectif to score you on a scale from 1 to 5. At Mars officies, I had 30 min in order to prepare a sales pitch of 10 min. After that, I had to prepare a business case in 90 min. Then I had 10 minutes to present it with also a Q&A session. Finlly, 20 min of HR questions for your motivation and personality : why mars, where do you see yourself in 5 years.
