The company is lean (irresponsibly so..) and work-life balance is a struggle. Because of its size, the company has very very limited room to develop and grow, especially in smaller affiliates. More... senior positions are filled with outside people and the "worker bees" do not get a real chance to develop. Hence, if you are a starting professional it is interesting to work here, but move on if you want a carreer.
