We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and sustaining our startup's culture of excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various HR functions and initiatives that support our team members and contribute to our overall success.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and implementation of compensation and benefits.

We are open to both full time and part-time candidates.


  • You are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • You implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • You manage the full recruitment and selection process.
  • You support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of our employees.
  • You play a valuable role in partnering with the management team, and giving guidance on managing teams successfully.
  • You nurture a positive working environment and organize fun activities for employees.
  • You oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • You maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
  • You assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • You report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • You ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree related to HR or equivalent by experience.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR role in a scaling environment.
  • Passion for people .
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives in an IT environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • The ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • The competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English to support our global organization.
