As a Manager of Payroll, you will manage centralized Payroll operations for 24/7 hospital system operations. To help achieve our mission, you will develop management and staff while ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local Payroll regulations. Maintaining Payroll data integrity and providing Payroll information to management, as required, is of vital importance. Your ability to demonstrate customer services as a high priority for the department while upholding Inova Health System's Service Excellence program is expected. Determining the accuracy of Payroll information through review of documentation of the Payroll account while running balancing reports, reconciliations and resolving Payroll discrepancies is required.
