Minpunten

A horrible working culture, more than half of the emlployees are burned out or bullied by management. Bullies with several reports to HR are being promoted. All normal people either quit or get sick while working there.

Extremely understaffed, bad leadership, toxic work environment. Inadequate work load, unrealistic expectations by management regarding the work that can be accomplished, lack of recognition for the work that is actually accomplished, and aggressive communication style. In the last two years 7 out of 11 people either left or got laid off.
