Fun environment with minimal supervision from the top. All staffs were nice and friendly, good place for someone who does not care about course and direction.
Minpunten
Extreme turnover, the entire floor changed with no-one in the original management team is left with the company. Whatever was discussed during job application will likely not hold up after a while. Lack of leadership, communication, and transparency from the top. Only if you belong to the inner circle in home base China, outside you are pretty much uninformed of where the business is going. Lack of security and belonging, company culture is none existing. You will make friends as they have good people but there is no incentive to work here.
