Pluspunten
The school is extremely well structured. There is an extremely well managed central system of teaching and behaviour management and teachers are well supported in their implementation. HR staff are also extremely nice and fair.
Minpunten
It can be suffocating at times. They have an "open door" policy, meaning anyone can walk into classrooms at any time. This is fine, but feedback is always given even when it isn't necessary, and you must show that you've implemented that feedback. Sometimes, implementing something which is forced makes things worse. A lot of teacher creativity is stifled.
