There are no good arguments to promote this company as employer.

This company Ad Ultima - 9altitudes (the rebranding wouldn't improve their already stained employer reputation) is dishonest to both their clients and employees. They will use and manipulate their employees without fair compensation, no matter how long you worked there. Management is not correct. I propose finding another employer.
