* Poor strategic direction, which then filters down on the heads of those executing the strategy as criticism, stress, and a hostile work environment * Rigid vision: despite claiming to want input, input is only wanted when it agrees with the vision from the very top. Anything else is not only discarded, but constructive criticism or divergent ideas can earn you active ire from the very top. * Fake facade: when coming aboard, everything seemed to live up to claims during interviews that it was a place that cared about employees first; yet this facade was quickly dropped when the internal favoritism and politics become obvious - Not to mention the careless way in which exiting employees are treated.
