Working at Andercore for over two years was a true growth experience. The work was demanding and required commitment, resilience, and consistency. Everyone carried their share of the responsibility, and when things became busy or challenging, we stepped up and supported each other. Achievements genuinely felt like a team effort. I especially appreciated my manager and the founders. They were supportive, fair, and available when needed. I felt trusted to take ownership of my role, while also knowing that guidance was there whenever challenges arose. Overall, it was an environment that pushed me to grow both professionally and personally. It was a time that shaped me and one I will never forget!
