... Many were laid off or left due to internal organizational problems. The company is not growing and as a way out it's decided to fire people, instead of changing how the product is made and marketed. The lack of engineers results in a constant wave of bugs and failures. Clients are dissatisfied with the instability and churn as a result. The team is great but it is not managed correctly by the execs. Conversations are full of emotions and passive aggression instead of real transparency. The HR team was trying to save it all by conducting surveys and sharing their concern about mental health, but people needed stability and clear communication which was lost somewhere between 2023-2024.
