- Verification work can be monotonous and detail-oriented, you have to enjoy reviewing documents - BIA Standards are extensive and will take a while to train on. Some things have not been very well thought out or clearly written out in guidelines. A lot of information lives in the brains of the senior analysts. Room for improvement with regards to processes and guidelines. - You get the minimum amount of holidays (21 days) - Growth opportunities are a bit limited as an analyst, you can become senior, but either way the work remains mostly the same.
