Turnover targets are not supported with sufficient investments (in marketing, it etc) in client services. While bluesign employs some very smart people, their critical feedback and suggestions for improvement are disregarded by management, which limits its competitiveness in the industry. Data infrastructure (internally and to deliver client services) is not at par with other organisations, and promised developments have been delayed for several years. Work is not sufficiently challenging. Conversations about education possibilities are continuously postponed and there is no clarity about personal development budget.
