- Dutch environment, lots of employed people initially were not having the experience or the culture or attitude for the position - Bad hires influence the culture and toxicity of the environment - Location of HQ is quite in a non important city or hub - Colleagues mostly speak Dutch in social activities, so don't fall for the cape of "international" company. There was a case where a CEO at Dutch Grand Prix event with 200+ colleagues and more than fourth were international stated I will give a speech in Dutch because there are only a few international colleagues. This should not be a case especially from a CEO of the company that sees themselves as international. Quite disrespectful behaviour, therefore, lots of colleagues thought that behaviour is normal.
