Huge list but I'll try to keep it short.
When I first started I visited Glassdoor but I tried to ignore the 2.7 rating because I thought that applied mostly to the US offices.
However, because a company's culture is created by the highest perosn in the hierarchy, that can be felt across all the offices they have around the world.
A CEO that says on a town hall meeting that "everyone is replaceable and doesn't care if people keep quiting", doesn't deserve any F* respect from their more than 1.000 people under him. But that is of course only my opinion.
If you were sold a beautiful idea of making huge commissions and sold a great salary, do yourself a favor: keep searching for a new job!
The company has miscalculated the market opportunity by at least 83% and keeps hiring people hoping they will sell to companies that won't/can't buy their services. Plus incentivises people to compete which other, allowing people to steal (or how they call it - challenge) each other's accounts. There's no much support from both the team mates and management as everyone sees each other as a competitor.
The target they set are ridiculous! Only 5-6 globally out of 200+ can reach them due to long history in the company.
It's mandatory to work from the office and the micro management rules!
If you managed to read everything, I hope it can help on your decision. Really, if I had been more careful and trusting on the reviews of Glassdoor, I wouldn't be in a situation I was. I've seen people coming in and after 2 weeks they already wanted to leave.
