Everything! The leader acts like he has never run a company before (probably true) and blames every mistake on everyone but himself. Atmosphere is of fear, absolutely no clear vision. Micro-management is pervasive at all levels more check-ins than time to work. You will learn how to create slides that no one will ever see. Any competent person or idea is seen as a threat rather than being taken on board for the betterment of the company. 2 company-wide standups every single day to report "challenges, successes, and progress" just to make sure people are online from 8 AM-7 PM.
