I do not say this lightly, the owner is a bonafide narcissist. Which does not help him or the company. Extremely toxic environment, micro management and when you leave they demonize you. And then hire one of their friends, as those are the only people willing to stay. Company is also financially not as stable as they would have you believe. I literally cannot think of a reason why you would work here.
