Very multicultural company, to the point that minority runs majority. The airco on cleanroom does not work since 3 years. During heatwave in 2026 the assembly dep reached 33 grades, people in the polyester suits were still not allowed to leave work earlier because of bad work conditions. Company claims they have cleanroom grade 2, with rooms that are visited by both cleanroom workers and people from outside, just not at the same time. Pay is very low unless you came from some warehouse, the rule they use to hire most of their employees. Teamleader overwork himself not seeing he is just shamelessly exploited.
