Some of my colleagues were genuinely nice and supportive. They created a positive atmosphere within our immediate team, and I appreciated their camaraderie.
Minpunten
The managerial approach was far from encouraging. The work environment felt tense and uncollaborative. The company's expectations often required employees to work on weekends and holidays, making it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This lack of consideration for personal time left me feeling drained and unappreciated.

-Free lunch. -Most of the colleagues were nice. -Salaries were fair, but I believe there are a lot of companies in Amsterdam that can offer the same.
Minpunten
-Needed to work on weekends and public holidays. -Bad management: they made fun of the employees and claimed that it was only "bad jokes". -Kept telling everyone "we're a family" but at the same time doing the opposite. -The way they handled negative reviews from customers was quite passive-aggressive. -The product itself is a domain trading platform. I can't say it's an immoral business, but I see a lot of people complaining that their websites have been "kidnapped" by someone and that they saw them on sale on Dan.com. Of course, Dan.com said they're a trading platform only and it's none of their business.
