- Projects are fun and you can learn a lot from them - Managers are always there for you if you have questions - Support always answers within 24 hours - Can work from home
Minpunten
- There are not enough projects for a full time job - You have to qualify for a project by taking a test on quite extensive guidelines. If you fail, you are not able to participate or to take the test again.

Working hours can be totally chosen freely, some projects pay relatively well, instructions are clear and the platform works well, payments are made on time and correctly
Minpunten
It often happens that one goes for weeks or months without any projects to work on, the company is a black box that does not give you any information about when the next project will be or if you may be dropped, there is no HR support structure or any of the support systems that usually come with a job, there is no advancement possible
