• Colleagues are highly knowledgeable, collaborative, and genuinely committed. It feels like everyone is building something ambitious together. • Strong sense of shared purpose and pride in the product. People are all in and it shows in the quality of the work. • Work life balance is very strong, especially compared to many tech companies. • Commitment to 1 percent for the planet is admirable • Onboarding is well structured with many in-person sessions that accelerate connection and learning. • High level of transparency. Strategy, financial updates, and quarterly team insights are shared openly both during all hands and slack. • Management is accessible and receptive to feedback. • As a new joiner, I’ve felt supported from day one and the experience so far has been excellent.
