      - Company is doing extraordinarily well, you feel insulated from all the economic tumult in the world - This is truly a tier 1 SaaS company - Culture is kind, friendly, and open - Product is best in class, by quite a margin - Product / engineering focused company - Full of super-smart people - Work / life balance is excellent - Lots of flexibility in working hours and whether your in the office enough - Work is challenging and I always feel supported in ways that allow me to learn a ton - Office is beautiful and in an incredible location - Office snacks are ridiculous and seemingly endless, even have La Marzocco coffee machines - Catered lunches 3x a week that are high-quality, healthy, and delicious

      - Expectations are high to deliver, I don't think this is actually negative, in fact if you see this as a negative this probably isn't the right place for you, but it's truly all I can think of :)
