Very disorganised experience. The relatively small team was asked to change direction and tasks constantly making work very ineffective and frustrating. There was poor communication on workload, team structure and expectations during interview and hiring; actual expectations and structure at the start were not what was advertised. Also had poor resolution and recognition of workplace conflicts and power dynamics.
