Mismanagement at the top level creates a bad working culture. The management team is too young and inexperienced to lead a company this size, yet they do not see this problem. The management thinks they are innovative and renewing, thus control/micromanage too much and don't listen to the engineers. By now they have moved people to high positions if they are friends or are yes-sayers. Currently, the culture is said to be open, inclusive and joyful. But in reality, it's stressful because of; top-down management switching priorities, new visions and too-ambitious targets combined with unclear responsibilities, expectations and communication. Another thing I noticed is that it's bad to bring up things that go wrong, It is usually met with a response to stay positive. This is also detectable in the news brought forward through the official channels, this news will only highlight the good notes, while bad news is often hidden or less visible.
