      The company is very international, which is welcoming to foreigners and Dutchies alike. Eco-Movement has a very active social life. There is a lot of potential to grow within the company, and to learn. The Data team had an amazing manager and everyone was very helpful.

      Minpunten

      Goals for my role were not very clear, which often confused me on where I stood when it came to a contract renewal. In the last company progress meeting I was a part of, it was mentioned that this was being addressed, so it might not be an issue in the future. It has a very active social life. Salary was not the greatest.

      - Lots of positive impact - A culture that I rarely saw before. Everybody has his own spot there, no matter who you are or where you come from or whatsoever. Really special

      - You need to be flexible, so if you are looking for structure instead of startup chaos, don't apply here :)
