      Competitive pay, although tiered wrt location. Remote work. With seniority, sufficient autonomy.

      Minpunten

      Corporate environment wrt transparency, style of communication. Very mixed level of accomplishment in leadership and management tiers. Some great, others absolutely horrendous. Active outsourcing in engineering making US employees vulnerable in layoff rounds. Witnessed this twice now. No new hiring in USA engineering for all intents and purposes either, at least last 3-4 years.
