You have to watch out for yourself, salaries don't increase over time so sometimes you can find yourself stuck in a position without perspective.

Entry-level job, pretty easy to get in. The organization is well-structured, there are possibilities for promotion. The leadership was helpful and competent.
Minpunten
The salary is barely enough to make rent and food. You cannot have ANY personal expenses as a full-time worker. Promotions are given based on time spent with the company and not performance. The environment is very toxic among testers. Every issue I had was solved by my team leaders very quickly, but nothing is done to change this environment.
