Good company with not so good communication

Minpunten
Communication was a problem. I entered the company and on my first two weeks the team didn't had a task for me. I was suppsosed to start in one team and move to another, I was included in the other team channel and invited to their meetings but arrived there to find out I should stayed onm the previous team. No feedback was provided about my work but i was let got three months after starting, during my final interview it was said that no negative feedback was to be given but in contact with the company that signed my contract a totally different review was given, not sure on wich company was lying. They asked me to reduce my notice period from one month to two weeks, no conterpart offered, not accepted.
