When I started working at FFUND I had the chance to lead and take ownership of projects by myself. The executive team, CEO and leadership was very supportive and the concept of working as a family actually applied to the team. No man was left behind and if extra hands were needed to pull a project through they were there. The exposure to industry experts was great and the CEO will share her knowledge and expertise with you to help you to grow and empower.

At that time it was a small team so sometimes it was rather hectic. I suspect nowadays with a larger team is better.
