In all honesty by 2025 I don't see any
Minpunten
- Toxic environment: gossip, people talking behind eachothers back - HR switched by the end of 2024 and became horrible: sickening HR management with power abuse from Amsterdam office, policing people, micro management, passive aggressive comments and assumptions, invasion of people's life and privacy, new policies at the limit of the legal ("we not only recommend but encourage you to take holiday leave when you are sick"), pushing people to leave and so on - Horrible life/work balance: you would think the company learned something from covid times (=giving people more freedom and flexibility to work from home) but this does not exist at Sonosite, not only management is closely monitoring people's schedules and attendance but employees do that between themselves to report eachother (maintaining lists of the schedule of everyone, arrival times etc) - absolute chaos organization - no real incentive: no budget for events, celebration - boring depressive environment and as a result depressed unhappy and extremely frustrated employees
